- Maximum 400 words
- 3 to 5 keywords
Instructions for oral presentations/posters - FJC 2026
General for both types of presentation:
- Supports must be in English.
- Presentations (oral or poster) to the jury at the FJC can be in English or French. English is HIGHLY recommended (presence of English-speaking PhD students, exercise for your future international congresses...).
- Logos: FJC + ED ES + UBE or UMLP must be present on all supports (logos: are avai FJC / ES / UBE / UMLP) + add your respective affiliation/funding logos...
For posters only:
- A0 format (118.9 x 84.1 cm)
- Portrait orientation
- Please ensure that the font size is clearly legible.
- The oral presentation of the poster to the members of the jury should last between 3 and 5 minutes (+ time for questions).
- Indicate the poster presenter among the authors by underlining.
- Posters must be brought with you on the day of the event.
For orals only:
- The presentation should last a maximum of 10 minutes. This will be followed by 5 minutes of questions from the jury.
- Please indicate slide numbers and make sure font size is legible.
- The presentation material (PDF format mandatory and PowerPoint optional) must be sent to the following e-mail address: forumjeuneschercheurs2026@gmail.com before May 29, 2026 at 5:00 pm. Files should be renamed as follows: "Lastname_Firstname".
- + Bring a USB key with your presentation for D-day, just in case...
